The house is very private, surrounded by mature lemon and olive trees and it has a large courtyard entrance and back garden.
There is a large balcony coming off the living room, facing the view and also a study or guest bedroom on the ground floor with an attached bathroom. Upstairs there were originally 4 more bedrooms (there are now 3) with a balcony facing the view.
The attic which is very large, can also be converted into extra bedrooms / bathrooms if needed.
There is also a separate guest suite, attached to the house.
The house needs renovating, but it is quite simply a diamond in the rough.
